Leadership

Joyce Clarke serves as Director of Operations for AAEC Community Care LLC. With a healthcare background and an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN), Joyce is committed to building a service organization focused on professionalism, accountability, and compassionate support. AAEC Community Care was founded with a commitment to ethical care, professional accountability, and person-centered support aligned with Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities standards.
